2012 in review

While our travels in 2012 didn’t take us as far afield as 2011, we did have several extended trips in North America. Picasso, our beloved little trailer, was our road home several times. Painting remained the focus for many trips. It is a pleasure to write about our trips and share photos. Thanks to all of you who read our blog – almost 3,000 views. Here’s a summary of the activity on Travels With Picasso from you, our world audience.

We look forward to more travels and more blogging. We love to hear from visitors. Watch for upcoming posts about our 2013 travel plans.

Here’s an excerpt:

600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 2,900 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 5 years to get that many views.

About Paul

I'm retired, but working at painting, photography, and song writing. We like to travel and paint plein air in new places. Of course that's also where photography comes into the picture, so to speak. Sometimes I get inspired to write songs about the people and places we visit.

Ha! I’m the most frequent commenter, given that I’ve both Kate B and redharparts. 🙂 I was going to ask how you did this amazing report when I found one waiting for me, too. Yay, WordPress!

Yes, you get the commentator award. 😉 I am most impressed by the number of countries represented in visits to our mutual blogs. WordPress definitely has a broad spectrum of readers.
