Winter at Abkhazi Garden

No rain today and even a bit of sunshine. Therefore, this was the day for Abkhazi Garden. This little gem owned and operated by the Land Conservancy of B.C., is one of our favorites in Victoria.

We were not the only visitors.

Today was about color and texture as I experimented with my new little camera. I was looking for ideas for paintings.

Tonight we will walk around the harbor to see and photograph the Christmas lights.

About Paul

I'm retired, but working at painting, photography, and song writing. We like to travel and paint plein air in new places. Of course that's also where photography comes into the picture, so to speak. Sometimes I get inspired to write songs about the people and places we visit.

Braco for the pixes. Jean looks magnificent. You are lucky with the weather; we have no comparable luck in LDN which is gloriously wet and cold, altogether miserable, but of course I am not complaining.

    Love the snow drops!
